PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESS

It’s that time of year again, sponsors! We hope you’ll join us this year for the 13th annual BARCStoberfest, our largest, most important fundraiser of the year. This year the festival will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Baltimore’s Patterson Park. More than 3,000 people and their pets will be in attendance to enjoy our Ready, Set…Sniff! 5K and one-mile walk-a-thon, great food, entertainment and animal activities, including our annual Howl-o-ween Costume Contest.

BARCStoberfest is a great marketing opportunity for your business. This event receives widespread attention from a majority of Baltimore’s broadcast and print media, providing a unique and inexpensive way for you to reach out to the over one million pet owners in the Baltimore/Washington region.

Here are the ways your business can get involved in the fun (and the press!):

Sponsors can choose to support BARCStoberfest at a variety of levels ranging from the Bronze Paws donation of $500 to a $10,000 Platinum Paws donation. As a Sponsor, your company’s logo will be on all of our advertising materials and festival t-shirts, as well as listed in our event program, and post event newsletter. Sponsors will also be allocated a 10’ x 10’ space at the festival to promote their business.

Vendors have the opportunity to purchase a 10’ x 10’ space at the festival for $200 or two 10’ x 10’ spaces for $350. Food vendor spaces are $275. BARCS Rescue program groups are free and all other Non-Profits are $25. All Non-Profits MUST provide a copy of their 501(c)(3).

In-Kind Donors also have an opportunity to be an important part of this great event by donating merchandise, gift certificates or cash donations to be used for the fundraising raffle and event prizes.  As an in-kind donor, you may also include business cards or other promotional materials and goodies that will be distributed in our event give away bags or displayed in the raffle booth.

GROUP/COMPANY VOLUNTEERS

Be an integral part of this super-fun event — volunteer! A variety of volunteer opportunities are available, especially for large groups, including set-up, running activities and contests, assisting with the Ready, Set...SNIFF! 5K and more!
